About Working with Other Chamber Members

I had attended the Perrysburg Chamber luncheon in which the Jadwiga Carlson of Accessible Web Studio was presenting the Chambers’ new website that she had created.   Jadwiga’s presentation, creativity, and professionalism convinced me that we needed to create our own “new” website.  Through various meetings and brainstorming, Jadwiga captured the “feel” that we were looking to present with our community.  Her suggestions and assistance through another chamber member, Haley Wilkins (The Flying Olive) expedited the process even more.  It was a great experience to work with such dedicated people within our Chamber.

About the Showcase on Commerce Expo

The opportunity to meet and market to other business owners was invaluable.  I met vendors that I will definitely do business with in the near future.  I am confident that we will realize new business as a result of connections we made at the Showcase.  Overall, we were very well pleased with the mix of businesses and the demographics of the public who attended the Showcase.

Great job with the event.  I've been to enough shows to know when they are run well, and this was a good experience. The Hilton did a nice job as a venue, the booths were setup nicely, the lighting, temperature, and atmosphere was very good (things that get taken for granted a lot of times), and everything moved like clockwork. I met a lot of great people, and did some nice networking.
For the price I would do it again.

About the Harrison Rally Day Festival

Here’s what some of our members are saying about their participation in Harrison Rally Day.

Harrison Rally Day was a huge success for the Waterford at Levis Commons.  Not only did we get to see our friends at fellow Perrysburg businesses, but we got to meet and talk to a lot of residents of the city.  This being my first year participating in the festival, I think that Harrison Rally Day is a testament as to why Perrysburg was voted one of Ohio’s Best Hometowns.

Harrison Rally Day is our biggest publicity event of the year. We got so much exposure that within three days after the event, people came in and cleaned us out of California Natural, our most popular pet food brand. I had to make an emergency re-order. It was great. Count me in for next year!
